The IEA, via its Operating Agent, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) in the UK, is committed to ensuring that all content on this site is accessible to all users, except for those that require special access to the restricted area of the interactive maps. We have endeavoured to ensure that the site is compliant with the recommendations of the World Wide Web Consortium's Web Access Initiative.

The IEA shall:

Deal with individual requests for information in a timely manner. We will treat all requests fairly and without prejudice taking into account the public interest in making information available wherever possible.

Give a clear explanation of our decision if information cannot be published or released.

Regularly monitor our performance, actively seek and welcome feedback from all stakeholders including the general public and continue to look at how we can improve our accessibility to deliver a better service to customers

Portable Document Format

This site uses 'portable document format' (.pdf) files . In order to view these documents you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader software. This software is included on many systems but if it is not on yours you can go to the Adobe site and download it for free.
